Custom Sublimation Production

Custom promotional marketing accessories and apparel were made for clients using the dye sublimation process. It is a relatively recent technique in garment printing. It involves using an industrial printer of any image onto paper and then transferring the ink to polyester or polyester-blend fabrics using heat and pressure which permanently embeds the design into the fabric’s surface.

Twillow Coding Gloves

Custom coding gloves made for Twillow for a company event. Gloves came with a USB pocket and velcro closure strap. During this project I conducted color tests for all seven designs and finalized designs with clients. I also digitized the patterns using the production process from sample to final production in collaboration with the in-house production floor manager.

Custom Chipotle Robe for Marcus Smart

This was a custom project for a promotional robe by Chipotle in partnership with Marcus Smart of the Boston Celtics. This was to be worn on the NBA’s opening season 2020. I assisted with the production and coloring during the sublimation process as well as embroidery and art placement. I ensured the first sample and fit was made according to Marcus’ measurements. Communication was an important factor throughout the project with our pattern maker and in-house production manager of any changes on the robe.
